Delayed, Lost, or Seized Packages

Delivery times vary by destination. Express US-to-US orders typically arrive within a few business days, while international orders take longer and can occasionally be held up by customs or local postal delays. How Long to Wait Before Contacting Us

If your order has not arrived, please allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery before opening a claim:

  • International orders: please allow additional time, as cross-border shipping and customs processing can extend delivery considerably.

If the expected window has clearly passed and there is still no sign of your parcel, contact our support team and we will investigate and arrange a reship or refund under our guarantee. If a package is confirmed lost or seized, you are protected — reach out and we will resolve it.

Returns of Medication

For safety, authenticity, and hygiene reasons, opened or used medication generally cannot be returned. This protects the integrity and authenticity of the products we supply and is standard practice for items of this kind. As a result, we do not operate a conventional change-of-mind return process.

Instead, any genuine problem with an order — such as non-delivery, a lost or seized package, or an order that does not match what you purchased — is resolved through our reship or refund guarantee rather than a physical return. If something is wrong with your order, please do not discard the packaging; contact us and we will help.

How Refunds Are Issued

When a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method used at checkout:

  • Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay orders are refunded back to the original card or payment method through our checkout partner.
  • Bitcoin orders are refunded in cryptocurrency to a wallet you provide. ModaMike uses a self-hosted, non-custodial BTCPay Server, so we never hold your private keys or store your card details.

Once a refund is processed on our side, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or the cryptocurrency network. Card refunds may take a number of business days to post, while crypto refunds usually settle after the necessary network confirmations. We process approved refunds as promptly as we can.

Non-Delivery and the Reship Process

If your order is confirmed as undelivered, lost, or seized, here is how a reship works:

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID and the billing email used at checkout.
  2. We confirm the status of your shipment and verify the order details.
  3. We agree with you on the best outcome — a free reship or a refund.
  4. For a reship, we dispatch a replacement order in discreet, non-contact packaging at no additional charge.

You can check the latest status of your order at any time on the order tracking page using your Order ID and the billing email you used at checkout.

How to Start a Claim

Providing both of these lets us locate your order quickly and resolve your claim without delay.
